In view of the statement made on behalf of the applicants, the impugned judgment and award dated 07/04/2015 passed by the 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Amravati in Land Acquisition Case No.173/2004 is hereby stayed till disposal of the first appeal. The civil application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
