DATE : 29.11.2016 By this petition, the petitioners have sought a direction against the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati to decide the complaint made by the petitioners on 5.7.2016 within a time frame.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent no.1 and the learned Counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3 state that in fact a decision is taken by the Commissioner on the complaint made by the petitioners.
If that be so, the purpose for filing the writ petition stands served. Hence, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
