After hearing the learned counsel for the applicants and after going through the averments made in both these applications, which remain uncontroverted, we are satisfied that a sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay and a case is also made out for bringing the legal representatives of the appellant on record. Hence, both these civil applications are allowed and disposed of. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
