Respondents have now moved an application seeking leave to carry out consequential amendment.
This Court has on 14.01.2015 observed that matter is of the year 2011 and pending for admission. Hence, last chance was granted.
Learned counsel for petitioner states that his objection to consequential amendment should be formally recorded.
As petitioner has no objection, we allow the application for consequential amendment, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2000/- to High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.
Civil Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
