DATE : January 14, 2020 The Government Resolution dated 01/11/2018 which is the subject matter of challenge in this writ petition has been cancelled by the State Government.

In view of this the relief prayed in prayer (i) of the petition has become infructuous. The reliefs claimed in other prayer clauses are the consequential and no further orders need to be passed. The petitioner would be entitled to the benefits upon cancellation of the Government Resolution. The writ petition is dismissed as it has become infructuous. No costs.
