The learned advocate for the appellants pointed out that there are some mistakes in the names and surnames of the applicant Nos.1, 2 and 3. He pointed out that instead of "Yadaorao" it should be "Yadavrao" and instead of "Sawarkar, it should be "Savarkar", instead of "Sheela", it should be "Shila" and instead of "Sawarkar" it should be "Savarkar".

He further pointed out that before passing of the judgment, respondent No.3 - Shivani Sudhakar Sawarkar married with Manoj Patil on 23.03.2023. He submitted that, respondent has objected to pay the amount as the names are not correct.

The judgment is delivered on 09.01.2024, therefore it would be proper to give directions to the respondent to pay that amount in the same names which are

11.caf.461.24.odt appearing in the judgment considering that, these are only clerical mistakes.

Further, there is proof of marriage of Shivani Sudhakar Savarkar, therefore, the said amount of the share also be paid to her without any formal order by this Court. 5.

The respondent is further directed to note that, now, the Court cannot correct the judgment dated 09.01.2024 therefore, don't insist for corrected copy of the judgment.
