1. Heard respective counsel.

2. As the learned A.P.P. makes a statement that chargesheet is already filed on 20th October, 2016, it is apparent that investigation cannot now be transferred.

3. Shri Tiwari has raised various contentions to point out faults in the investigation.

4. The learned A.P.P. submits that as sought for by the applicants before this Court, an offence punishable under Section 326 of the Indian Penal Code is also found to be committed and therefore is included in the chargesheet. He further adds that Section 201 of the Indian Penal Code is also added.

5. In this situation, keeping all the rival contentions open and with liberty to the petitioner to raise the same at appropriate juncture before appropriate forum, we dispose of the writ petition.
