Accordingly, the appeal is disposed as withdrawn. The order dated 21.06.2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Wardha in Special Case No.4/2018 would reflect that the charge is already framed in this matter and it is fixed for recording of evidence.

In that view of the matter, learned Sessions Judge is directed to expedite the trial so as to finish it within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order by the Sessions Court.

2 Cr.Apeal630.2019 CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPA) NO. 829/2019 In view of disposal of the criminal appeal, the application praying for dispensing with certified copy of the order dated 21.06.2019, does not survive.

Hence, the criminal application is disposed.
