This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by trial Court.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel for non applicant nos. 2, 3 and 5 makes a categorical statement that during the pendency of the present application, the investigation is completed and final report is filed before the Court. Further, after the final report is filed, the regular bail was granted in favour of accused persons. The statement is accepted.
