The Petitioner has sought for a direction to direct Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur to dispose of the petition within a time bound period.

Even assuming a writ can be issued to the Family Court, we are not inclined to grant such direction as there would be pendency of older cases than the Petitioner's case. There is no statement in the petition that there are no older cases pending than the Petitioner's case, and why only the Petitioner's case be given priority. The petition is entirely misconceived. 3.

The Writ Petition is dismissed. Out of indulgence, we have refrained from imposing costs.
