The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.85/2018 registered with Parshioni Police Station, District Nagpur for offences under Sections 302, 201, 120(b), and 109 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
Heard learned counsel Mrs.M.M.Ghatole for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri S.M.Ghodeswar for the State.

This is a second bail application filed before this Court by the applicant. The applicant is having right to file successive bail applications, however for that the applicant must point out a change in circumstance for consideration of the Court to consider the case afresh. 4.
After filing of chargesheet, the applicant filed an application vide Criminal Application (BA) No.946/2018. This Court (Coram : M.G.Giratkar, J.) on 30.8.2018, after perusal of the chargesheet, found that .....2/-
ba865.19 134 the applicant is not having case for his release on bail and, therefore, the said Court rejected the said application.

According to learned counsel Mrs.M.M.Ghatole for the applicant, now the applicant is claiming bail on medical ground. She submitted that father of present applicant is having a severe back pain and, therefore, he be released on bail. The said submission does not appeal to this Court. Back pain is a most common and for that patient himself can take care for himself.

In this view of the matter, there is no merit in the application. The application is rejected and disposed of accordingly.
