By this Writ Petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur, dated 15.9.2016, granting financial and administrative powers to the respondent no.5.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the cause for filing the Writ Petition is rendered infructuous as by the impugned order the powers were granted in favour of the respondent no.5 only for three months, from 1.9.2016, and the period of three months has expired.

In view of the aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with no order as to costs.
