The respondents had taken out the Civil Application for early hearing of the matter. It is respondent's contention that most of them are senior citizens and they are unnecessarily dragged into Court proceedings. It reveals that, the lis is pending from last 10 years in between the parties. Paper Book is ready. In view of that application for early hearing is allowed with the consent of both the parties.
