The applicant 1 - Mr. Mohammad Erfan and non-applicant 2 - Farheen Bano are personally present. 2.

Non-applicant 2 has placed on record affidavit dated 20.10.2022 stating that the dispute is amicably resolved and she is cohabiting with her husband happily. 3.

We have interacted with the parties, who vouch for the assertion in the affidavit.

On joint request of the parties, we quash FIR 473/2022 registered at Police Station Kalamna, Nagpur and allow this application in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

(a) quash and set aside the alleged FIR bearing

Nagpur on the complaint of the non-applicant no.2 for the offences punishable under section 498-A R/ W section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under section 3 and 4 of the Muslim Women (Protection of Right on Marriage) Act, 2019.
