NOVEMBER 07, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2) After going through the case papers, I find that this Court on 23/09/2019 was pleased to direct that parties shall maintain the position as prevailing on that day until further orders.

3) Learned counsel for the respective parties pointed out that the suit is of the year 2015 and the recording of evidence is already started, therefore, without going into the merits of the matter, the petition is disposed of directing the learned trial Court to decide the suit within a period of six months from today. 4) The interim order to continue till the decision of the suit.
