By this application, the respondents seek permission to withdraw the decretal amount of Rs.4,22,554/- deposited in this Court on 27/04/2010 by the appellant-Union of India, the Railway Authority.
First Appeal No.193/2010 filed by the Railway Authority is dismissed on 28/07/2015. In view of this, the learned Counsel for the appellant has no objection for allowing this application.
In the result, the application is allowed. The applicants/respondents are permitted to withdraw the decretal amount along with interest accrued thereon.
The civil application stands disposed of.
