Shri Potbhare, the learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the petitioners would avail the additional chances granted by the Nagpur University in terms of the Notification, dated 23/09/2015 annexed at page No.66 to the petition. It is stated that since the Summer, 2015 examinations are already concluded, the petitioners would avail the chances in Winter, 2015 and Summer, 2016.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
