JUNE 27, 2024 On 10/6/2024, the following order was passed :

"The learned Counsel for Petitioners submits that the Petitioner No.1 has expired and one of his legal heir has also expired. He undertakes to take steps within one week from today.

If the steps are not taken, the Petitioners shall pay costs of Rs.5000/- which shall be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur.

List the Petition after two weeks."

2] Neither effective steps are taken nor cost is paid. The learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks one week time.
