Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By this petition, the petitioner seeks directions against the respondent nos.2 and 3 to prepare the seniority list as per Government Notification dated 22.11.1990. 3.

This Court, by order dated 10.11.2023, directed the respondents to place on record the common seniority list. In pursuance of the same, the counsel appearing for respondent nos.2 and 3 placed on record the provisional seniority list.

According to the petitioner, they have already raised objections to the said seniority list on 05.02.2024. 5.

It is the submission of respondent nos.2 and 3, by considering the objections raised by the petitioner,

In view of the statement of respondent nos.2 and 3 that they are ready to publish the final seniority list within a period of two weeks, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed.

In view of above, the petition is disposed of. 8.
