Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGP for the appellant State. Perusal of the order dated 19.9.2013 shows that this Court on a similar prayer i.e. prayer for withdrawal of the amount had directed to expedite he hearing of the appeal itself with further direction to the respondents to file private paper book.
