CRIMINAL APPLICATION [APPP] NO. 1672/2025:- By present application, the applicant is seeking modification in the order dated 13/08/2025, wherein, the Court directed the applicant to furnish legible copy of the documents viz. the charge-sheet which are otherwise not legible.

The counsel for applicant submits that the copy of charge-sheet as received from Investigating Officer has been filed on record. Thus, according to him, he himself received copy in which some of the pages are not legible.

That being so, the burden will now shift on the Investigating Officer to either satisfy that

916-Cr.APL-964-2022 legible copy was supplied and if not supplied, to supply the same to the applicant as also to the Court. The learned A.P.P. shall take instructions and to make a statement.

The counsel for the applicant further submits that the grounds taken in the application are such which may not require a detailed examination of each paper in the charge-sheet. Accordingly, made a request to consider the application for hearing. We accept the submissions. List Criminal Application No.964/2022 on 09/09/2025. Application is disposed of in above terms.
