It would not be necessary to issue notice to the other respondents on this civil application, as the other respondents were not represented in the Court when the matter was dismissed for want of prosecution on 10/06/2014.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing the restoration application is condoned. Civil application is allowed and disposed of.
