J U D G M E N T : (Per Rohit B. Deo, J.) Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of the learned Counsel appearing for the parties. 02] The grievance of the petitioners is that although on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioners, Departmental Enquiry Case No.349 was initiated against respondent 6, the same is not reached its logical conclusion. 03] Learned A.G.P. Mr. Pathan states on the basis of instructions that the enquiry is concluded in November, 2022 and is closed for report. 04] We direct that the report be submitted by respondent 3 - Enquiry Officer, if not already submitted, within the next six weeks. Rest of the prayers are rejected.
