ATE : OCTOBER 07 , 2024 In the furtherance of the order dated 03/10/2024, passed on Civil Application (W) No.2485/2024, the Additional Government Pleader placed before us, the order dated 03/10/2024 passed by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, thereby recalling the order of suspension dated 26/08/2024 and restoring the petitioner back to her post with all consequential benefits including the continuity in service. 2) Apart from this, an order of the same date in relation to staying preliminary enquiry is also placed before us. Both the orders are taken on record and marked as 'X' and 'X1' respectively for identification.

3) In the wake of the aforesaid orders, learned Counsel do not press the Civil Application. Resultantly, Civil Application (W) No.2485/2024 stands disposed off. 4) We make it clear that since respondent Authorities shall treat the suspension order as completely erased from file
