At the outset Shri Kavimandan, learned counsel, for the applicants submits that during the pendency of the present application, the charge-sheet is presented by the investigating officer before the competent Criminal Court. He therefore seeks permission to withdraw the present application in order to file fresh application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to challenge the charge-sheet.

His statement is accepted. The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3.

It is made clear that this Court has not heard the present application on its own merit.
