In paragraph no. 4 the date 27.03.1945 be corrected to read as 26.03.1945. Similarly the date 01.12.1930 as appearing in paragraph nos. 4, 6 and 9 is corrected to read as 30.12.1930. In paragraph 6 at page 4/10 in the second line the word 'Lilabai' shall be replaced by the word 'Nilwanti'.

The aforesaid corrections be carried out in the judgment and thereafter its copy be uploaded.

The civil application is disposed of.
