The record shows that in S.T.No.67/2016 learned Assistant Sessions Judge,Chandrapur has framed the charge against the present appellant for the offence punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. By the present petition the petitioner is seeking direction to the Assistant Sessions Judge,Chandrapur to give an opportunity to file an application for discharge. The said prayer is totally misconceived. Once the charge is framed, the applicant has to face the trial.
