The learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the criminal application, as the application is filed on the ground of delay in trial. On perusal of status report, it appears that the investigating officer has remained to be examined. As the applicant is in jail since last six years, the direction is given to the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude it within one month after Diwali Vacations.
2. If the trial court failed to conclude the trial, then liberty is granted to apply before the trial Court afresh. 3.
