Civil application is filed for seeking condonation of delay of 105 days in filing MCA St No. 17477/2022 for restoration of writ petition which came to be dismissed for non-removable of office objections.

For the reasons stated in these applications, delay is condoned and MCA is allowed. Writ Petition is restored back to file subject to condition that applicant remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today and deposits an amount of Rs. 2000/- with the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur.
