The applicant is alleged to have committed rape on a mentally retarded girl and he was caught red handed. 3.

When this Court was about to dictate order of dismissal of the present application for grant of bail, learned counsel Shri U.J.Deshpande for the applicant submitted that he wishes to withdraw the present application.

Since learned counsel for the applicant is withdrawing the present application, this court is not supplementing any reason for rejecting the present application.

The criminal application is dismissed as withdrawn.
