DATE : 07-10-2022 Mr. Sudame, learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the entire amount has been deposited on 23-12-2011 pursuant to order dated 09-12-2011 whereby an ad-interim stay to the execution of the impugned decision dated 01-08-2011 was granted. Learned Counsel also submits that the respondents have already been permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs. 2 lakh deposited by the appellant in this Court. Learned Counsel would submit that as such the ad-interim order deserves to be confirmed. Having heard the learned Counsel for the appellant and having perused the application, let the stay granted on 09-12-2011 be continued till the final disposal of the Appeal except as modified by this Court.

Application stands disposed.
