DATED : 11-09-2015 The learned Advocates for the respective parties submit that the proceedings before the Assistant Charity Commissioner out of which this petition has arisen, are disposed. It is submitted that the petitioner has filed appeal challenging the order passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner.

In view of the subsequent events, the petition has become infrucutous. It is disposed accordingly. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. Needless to say that, this Court has not examined the merits of the matter and the challenges raised by the petitioner.
