A notice was issued to the respondents on the limited issue as to when the respondent - Society would complete the enquiry initiated against the petitioner.

Shri Marpakwar, the learned Counsel for the respondent - Management states that the enquiry against the petitioner is completed and after service of the enquiry report on the petitioner, a show-cause-notice is issued to the petitioner. It is stated that nothing survives in the writ petition in view of the aforesaid position.

On the statement made by the learned Counsel for the respondent - Management, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
