On 15.9.2015, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submitted that parties to this writ petition have amicably settled the dispute before Lok-Adalat. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the pursis which is taken on record and marked as "Exh.X" for its identification which shows that the matter has been settled between the parties. As such, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.
