Considering the reason that the applicant is working at Wardha itself where the Hindu Marriage Petition No.347 of 2024 under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, has been filed by the non-applicant. At this stage, no ground for transfer of the said petition is made out.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that as the applicant has applied for her transfer to Nagpur, permission may be granted to withdraw the petition with liberty to reapply for transfer to Nagpur.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
