On the last occasion, the learned advocate for the appellant submitted that the appellant in the proceedings has expired. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor was therefore asked to verify the same. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has confrmed that the appellant has expired on 15.06.2014. The death certifcate of the appellant is placed on record by the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor along with letter of P. I., Police Station Umred dated 27.1.2021. 2.
