By this application, the non-applicant No.2 is seeking direction to transfer the amount by way of N.E.F.T. /R.T.G.S. in her account in the name of Sharda Kishor Rathod. 3.

As per the contention of the applicant, her maiden name was Sharda Rajusing Chavhan, she filed an affidavit to that extent. The civil application is also supported the documents i.e. Wedding Card and School leaving Certificate. The affidavit is filed by the non-applicant No.2 is taken on record. 4.

In view of the reason mentioned in the application, the Registry is directed to transfer the amount in the account of Respondent No.2 which is mentioned in the name of Sharda Kishor Rathod by way of N.E.F.T. /R.T.G.S.
