CORAM
: PRASANNA B. VARALE, J.
DATE : MARCH 27, 2015.
Heard Mrs. S.N. Deshpande, the learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner.
The learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner invited my attention to the Pursis filed on record. It is stated in the pursis that the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition in view of the settlement between the parties and as the matter was amicably settled, the consent terms were executed before the learned Family Court on 18/11/2014. In view of this fact, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
