By this Writ Petition, the petitioners seeks a direction against the respondent-State of Maharashtra to decide the representation of the petitioners for regularization of the encroachments made by them, under section 51 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, It appears that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, by the order dated 20.10.2016, the Tahsildar, Risod has rejected the representation of the petitioners for regularization of the encroachment. Since the cause for filing the Writ Petition would not survive in view of the decision on the representations made by the petitioner, the Writ Petition could be disposed of by permitting the petitioner to challenge the orders passed

17.11.wp.6119.16 by the Tahsildar, Risod, if so advised.

Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with no order as to costs.
