Heard Shri Mir Nagman Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. M.H. Deshmukh, learned APP for the respondent.

It appears that on previous occasion, though the petitioner has reported late, he voluntarily returned back and was not required to be arrested. Second late reporting is after his release as per orders of this Court. The learned APP points out that for late reporting, an offence under Section 224 of I.P.C. is already registered and the petitioner has not obtained bail in it. Shri Ali, learned counsel points out that the petitioner is in the custody of the respondent and until and unless the respondent produces him before the concerned Court, bail cannot be obtained by him.

We leave the contention open.

Here, in this case, 20th day ceremony is to be performed on 8th October 2016 at Dhumne Layout, Gadchandur, Tahsil - Korpana, District - Chandrapur. Hence, after obtaining necessary documents/

undertakings from the petitioner as also from his sureties, the respondent shall arrange to release the petitioner on 07.10.2016. The petitioner shall return back on 14.10.2016. The petition is thus partly allowed and disposed of. No order as to costs.
