By this writ petition, the petitioners have sought a direction against the respondent nos.2 and 3 to declare the result of the petitioners, of the 10th Standard examination. Mrs. Khade, the learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3, states on instructions, that the grievance of the petitioners should stand redressed as after the petitioners paid the necessary fees, the result of the petitioners was declared.

Shri Mandpe, the learned counsel for the petitioners, does not dispute the statement.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
