CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO.2624 OF 2022 This is an application made by respondent No.3 for correction of her name from Vaishali Dinesh Popat to Khushali Dinesh Popat. It is stated that while carrying out the amendment the advocate committed the mistake by mentioning her name as Vaishali instead of Khushali, which was correctly mentioned in the

2 11 caf 2483.22.odt. application made for bringing the legal heirs on record. It is seen that same mistake has occurred in the appeal. Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that Court may pass an appropriate order.

In view of this, the application is allowed.

Appellant is directed to correct name of respondent No.3 from Vaishali Dinesh Popat to Khushali Dinesh Popat in the memo of appeal.
