Dated : 27 th Feburary, 2015 This Court granted Rule in the matter on 24-4-2008 and the petitioner-Corporation was granted liberty to continue with the disciplinary enquiry against the respondent. It is informed that the petitioner-Corporation has conducted the departmental enquiry and the respondent is dismissed from service. This order of dismissal is the subject-matter of challenge in a separate complaint, which is filed before the Labour Court at Nagpur. In view of this, nothing survives in this petition, which has become infructuous. The same is, therefore, dismissed as such. The record and proceedings, if received by this Court, be sent back to the Court below immediately. No costs. Judge.
