ble Apex Court in L. Chandra Kumar vs. Union of India and others, reported in (1997) 3 SCC 261, as has been clarified by the subsequent decision in the case of T.K. Rangarajan vs. Government of T.N. and others, reported in (2003) 6 SCC 581, we do not find that this is a very very exceptional case so as to entertain the petition without asking the petitioners to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. The remedy of approaching the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal being available, the petition is dismissed on that sole ground. All questions are kept open.
