By preferring this appeal, the appellant has challenged the order passed by the Special Court in Special Case No.95/2020 by which the application of the appellant for grant of bail is rejected.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the appellant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers and considering that small girl of six and half years is subjected for the sexual assault and considering the nature of the evidence, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned Counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal with direction to the Special Court to dispose of the trial within six months. 4.

Considering the fact that, the appellant is behind bar from 19/10/2020, the learned Special Court shall expedite the trial and dispose of the trial within six months.

The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to move before this Court for grant of bail if trial is not dispose of within six months. 6.

The fees of the appointed Counsel be quantified as per rules.
