Following are the prayers made by the petitioner in this petition.
(a) call for the record and proceedings of Crime No. 234 of 2014 registered by the Police Station Kalamna dated 21.07.2014 under Section 306 and further be please to;
(b) transfer the said investigation to crime branch Nagpur City for fair and proper investigation; (c) direct the respondent nos.1 and 2 to take cognizance of the complaint of the petitioner and take action against the responsible police officials for dereliction and negligence in their duties.
2 0505cwp849.14.odt Mr.S.M.Ukey, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that pursuant to the investigation made, the charge-sheet has been filed in the competent Court. The Statement is accepted. Mr.Khandalkar, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that subject to the liberty available under law, the purpose of petition has come to an end. We, therefore, make the following order.
ORDER
Criminal Writ Petition No.849 of 2014 is disposed of in the light of the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
Liberty is granted reserving right in favour of the petitioner to take such steps as are available in law before the Competent Court for the grievance, if any.
