By this application, the applicant is seeking modification of order and relaxation of condition No.1 of the order dated 17/04/2018.

By order dated 17/04/2018 while releasing the present applicant on bail it was directed that she shall attend the office of the Economic Offences Wing, Nagpur on every Tuesday and Saturday between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and also on such other occasions as may be required by the Investigating Officer till filing of the charge-sheet. Subsequently, it was modified by order dated 30/10/2018 and directed the applicant to attend the office of the Economic Offences Wing, Nagpur on first and third Saturday of every month between 5.30 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. Subsequent to that again it was modified on 18/07/2022 and the applicant was directed to attend the office of the Economic Offences Wing, Nagpur on first day of every month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till the culmination of the trial.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that while releasing the co-accused on bail it was directed that she shall attend the office of the Economic Offences Wing, Nagpur as and when required.

Learned APP though strongly opposed the application but submitted that her officer API Sushil Dhokate is present and submitted that the applicant has attended the office of the Economic Offences Wing, Nagpur as per the directions and the investigation is completed but charge-sheet is yet to be filed. 5.
Considering that investigation is already completed and the other co-accused is already directed to attend the office of the Economic Offences Wing, Nagpur as and when required. Same condition can be imposed on the present applicant.

In view of that, I proceed to pass the following order :
The application is allowed and the condition imposed on the present applicant by this Court vide order dated 17/04/2018 is modified and the applicant has to attend the office of the Economic Offences Wing, Nagpur as and when required for the investigation purpose and shall cooperate with the investigating agency. 7.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
