Joshi, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondent-Scrutiny Committee has issued a caste validity certificate in favour of the petitioner. It is stated that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, in view of the subsequent development.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
