This is an application for grant of bail.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants to some extent and perused the investigation papers. A minor victim girl was subjected for the forceful sexual assault by the four persons. The applicant No. 1 name is mentioned in the FIR, whereas the applicant No. 2 is identified during the identification parade. Thus, considering the nature of the allegation, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file after receipt of the Chemical Anlyser Report.

The criminal application is disposed of with liberty to file after Chemical Analyser analyzer report is received before the trial Court.

The fee of the appointed counsel be quantified as per Rule.
