In these petitions, prayer is made to direct respondent No.1 for effecting recovery in light of recovery proceedings decided under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act. 3.

Be that as it may, since the issue can be dealt with by respondent No. 1, we direct that present petition/s be treated as representation and the issue regarding recovery be taken to logical end within ten weeks from today, if there is no other legal impediment. Learned counsel for petitioners undertakes to produce copy of the order passed today along with petition/s before respondent No.1, within one week from today. The petitions are disposed of.
